Ethics and AI
Philozia IA is based on a living ethical charter.
It traces a path of vigilance and inspiration so that artificial intelligence remains at the service of human connection and living things.

An ethical compass to navigate between humanity and artificial intelligence
Welcome to Philozia.AI, the technopoetic extension of the Philozia project.
Philozia IA offers a sensitive look at artificial intelligence: not as simple technical tools, but as mirrors that question our humanity. Here, we explore the ethical issues, the possible excesses, and above all, the ways to keep our inner breath alive in the face of technology.
Here, technology is neither enemy nor idol. It is a mirror. A threshold. An opportunity to slow down and make better choices.

Philozia IA Ethics Charter
Philozia IA was born from a living breath:
think and feel artificial intelligence differently.
This charter lays the ethical foundations so that technology remains at the service of humanity, of life and of the mystery that connects us.

Article 1 – Breath before the machine
AI should never replace human breathing, presence, or slowness. It must remain a tool, not a master.
Article 2 – Internal sovereignty
No one should abandon their discernment or conscience in favor of an artificial voice, however fluid it may be.
Article 3 – Vigilance in the face of excesses
AI carries within it the biases and limitations of its designers. Its uses must be observed, criticized, never endured.
Article 4 – Transparency
Any interaction with an AI must be clear: who is speaking, with what intention, and in service of what.
Article 5 – Humans at the center
Human connection always prevails. AI can support, but must never isolate or dehumanize.
Article 6 – Living Ethics
No fixed rules: each use must be questioned in light of the living, the context and the link.
Article 7 – Respect for the rhythm
AI must adapt to human time, not the other way around. No pressure, no artificial urgency.
Article 8 – Doubt as an ally
AI doesn't hold the truth. It proposes, suggests, and illuminates. Doubt remains an indispensable compass.
Article 9 – Protection of the most vulnerable
Young, isolated, vulnerable: AI must be used with increased vigilance to avoid exacerbating abuses.
Article 10 – Anchoring in the living
All technology must maintain a link with nature, the breath and the sensitive dimension of the world.
Article 11 – Shared responsibility
Designers, users, supporters: everyone has a role in the ethical use of AI.
Article 12 – Opening to the Mystery
AI doesn't explain everything. We must preserve areas of silence, the unknown, and thrills.
